Terms and Conditions for Australian Living’s Education Events

By registering for any of Australian Living’s education events, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions.

All registrations are confirmed upon completion of registration via the online booking systems.

If a registrant must pay via a direct debit, an invoice will be issued. Payment terms on all invoices are the earlier of 7 days from the date of invoice

Any cancellation of registrations for education events must be made via email to anthony@australianliving.com.au.

Failure to make payment in accordance with the above payment terms will not be accepted as a valid cancellation.

Refunds will be provided for cancellations as follows:

  • Between 7 and 30 days before the day of the event – 50% Refund
  • Less than 7 days before the day of the event – No Refund

Registrants may request via email to anthony@australianliving.com.au to transfer their registration to another event, up to 7 days prior to the day of the event for which they are registered, without any penalty.

For all Australian Living education events, minimum numbers must be met prior to the date to proceed. If the event doesn’t go ahead due to lack of numbers, registrants will receive a full refund.

The education events provided and hosted by Australian Living are for the purpose of education and information. Views expressed by speakers or registrants are not necessarily endorsed by Australian Living. No responsibility is accepted by Australian Living for the accuracy of information presented at such education events. The information and material presented is intended as informative only, and should not be relied upon without having first obtained professional advice, and no responsibility is accepted by Australian Living for any liability whatsoever to any person for any act done in reliance, whether partially or wholly, on the information presented or written material provided at any education event.
